2026 was yet again the largest VCF Southwest yet with over 100 vendors and exhibits and 1,800 people in attendance. Thank you to everyone who came out and attended, exhibited, gave a talk, and volunteered.

VCF Southwest 2027 is in the works and we will announce more as it is confirmed.

The only way to book is using the link above or contacting the hotel directly. VCF Southwest does not use any booking services.
parking
While the Westin does charge for parking we will have a code you will enter into their parking system to get you free parking. Bring your license plate number to the registration desk to get the code. Free parking is available for all attendees, regardless if you're staying at the hotel.

If you do end up being charged, please contact us by filling out our contact form and provide your name, license plate, and license plate state for us to provide to the hotel staff for a refund.

Any contact received asking you to purchase anything VCF Southwest related outside this website should be considered scam and be ignored and deleted.

We have seen instances where people are receiving scam emails claiming to be selling "Visitor" or "Attendee" lists. Be assured that VCF Southwest has never and will never sell or release any attendee information.
